The "AF2000" is a sheet-like gasket material made from special heat-resistant fibers, inorganic reinforcing materials, and synthetic rubber with oil swellability. Due to its high swellability in oil, it prevents the reduction of clamping force and the decrease in surface pressure caused by flange deformation, has a low stress relaxation rate, and is highly durable. It has a very high tensile strength and excellent durability. Additionally, it has a low stress relaxation rate, particularly at high temperatures and high surface pressures, where the stress relaxation rate is extremely low.
